This February we celebrated two decades of Cross Resource Group! We survived recessions and a pandemic, moved locations, pivoted verticals and industries multiple times, and we’re still here to tell the tale. Reaching this anniversary feels like standing on a peak, looking back at the mountain we just successfully climbed while also looking up ahead at the next one.

We celebrated with fellowship, cocktails, and dancing. As we reflected on the past and geared up for the future, a common theme was that we are dancing to your music. We are taking stock of important operations and shuffling things around, doing an internal dance as we restructure some of our positions and processes to better serve our partners.
